(Clarence, NY) – Today, congressional candidate and small business owner Chris Collins was endorsed by the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), a nonpartisan organization which represents small and independent businesses nationwide.
“I am proud to receive the endorsement from the National Federation of Independent Business. The NFIB recognizes how important this election is for small business men and women and how crucial it is to elect representatives who will work on their behalf. I understand the issues facing small businesses because it is what I have spent the last 36 years doing, creating or saving over 500 American jobs.” said Collins.
“Chris’ election is not only critical to the small business owners in his district, but also to protecting free enterprise across America,” said Lisa Goeas, Vice-President of the NFIB. “On behalf of the National Federation of Independent Business members, we look forward to standing with Chris as he works to do big things for small business.”
“The NFIB endorsement, as well as the endorsement from the US Chamber of Commerce, is recognition of our strong support among the small business community,” continued Collins. “I will bring my 36 years of experience creating jobs right here in Western New York with me to Congress and work tirelessly to get our economy growing again.”
